18 U.S.C. §2257 Record Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

Platform Status

SexAngle.com (hereinafter “the Platform”) is a hosting service for user-generated video content. The Platform does not produce, finance, or direct any of the visual content uploaded by its users. Accordingly, SexAngle.com is not a primary producer or a secondary producer as defined under the United States federal law 18 U.S.C. §2257 and its associated regulations (28 C.F.R. Part 75).

Content Producer Obligations

Each user who uploads content to the Platform is considered the primary producer of that content. By accepting our Terms of Service, each producer certifies and warrants that:

• All individuals appearing in the content were at least 18 years of age at the time of production.
• They maintain and retain all age and identity verification documents required by 18 U.S.C. §2257, including a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification for each individual appearing in the content.
• These records are maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements and are available for inspection by the relevant authorities.
• They are solely responsible for the compliance of their content with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Verification Upon Registration

Before being able to publish content on SexAngle.com, each creator must complete an identity verification (KYC) process that includes submitting a government-issued identification document and a verification selfie. No content can be uploaded until this verification has been approved.

Moderation and Reporting

The Platform implements proactive measures to prevent the distribution of illegal content. Any content reported as potentially infringing is immediately reviewed and removed where appropriate. If you identify content that you believe violates the provisions of §2257 or any other law, please contact us immediately through our Content Removal page.

Exemption

In accordance with 28 C.F.R. §75.9, hosting platforms that do not produce content and are limited to providing storage and transmission services are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of §2257, provided they are not involved in the production of the content. SexAngle.com operates under this exemption.
